For commercial property managers and small GCs

Stop chasing vendor COIs.

We email the vendor 30, 14, and 7 days before a certificate expires. They upload the new file from the email. You hear from us only when something is 7 days out, expired, or a replacement just landed.

Start at $49/month See how it works

The Notice Guarantee: 14 days to try it. Scheduled vendor notices go out. In the unlikely event one does not, that month is on us.

What you get

We import your vendor spreadsheet.

Names, emails, coverage types, expiry dates. You do not re-type the list.

We nag the vendor. Not your inbox.

The vendor gets 30 / 14 / 7-day reminder emails. You get a short note only when a cert is 7 days out, expired, or a replacement arrives.

Vendor uploads via a magic link.

No vendor login, no extra software for them. You see the new file and the new date on the list.

How it works

  1. Send the spreadsheet

Email your vendor list to hello@covercurrent.com. We import it. Fifteen vendors or a hundred and fifty — same process.

  2. The vendor gets the reminders

Thirty, fourteen, and seven days before a certificate expires, we email the vendor. If a date is already inside that window, we start with the next remaining reminder. You are not copied on every chase.

  3. Vendor replaces the cert from the email

The message includes a one-time upload link. The vendor attaches the new COI. You get a note that it landed, and the expiry date on your list updates.

Covered by the Notice Guarantee: 14 days to try it. Scheduled notices go out — if one does not, that month is on us.
