The Notice Guarantee

Last updated: August 30, 2026. This is when we return money. It is not legal advice.

What we promise

You send a vendor list. We import it. We email the vendor 30, 14, and 7 days before a certificate on that list expires. You get a note only when a cert is 7 days out, expired, or a replacement lands. The vendor sends the new file through a link. That is the service.

14 days to decide

If CoverCurrent is not useful, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we refund that payment in full. No argument. Cancel and you will not be billed again.

Scheduled notices

Vendor notices are sent on the 30, 14, and 7-day marks whenever we have an expiry date and a working vendor address. That is the ordinary course of the service.

In the unlikely event a scheduled notice is not sent, we refund that month — the $49 for the billing period that included the failure. A failure to send is a break in the service, not something you should plan around.

This does not refund every payment you have ever made. One unsent notice = that month back.

Unsent means we did not send the email. It does not mean the vendor ignored it, the message landed in spam, the address you gave us bounced, or the certificate itself was wrong or incomplete.

After 14 days, if we did the work

Cancel anytime to stop the next charge. We do not prorate a month already in progress except under the miss rule above.

How to ask

Email hello@covercurrent.com from the address on the account. Include the subscribe email, the charge date, and — if a scheduled notice was not sent — the vendor, the cert, and the date it should have gone out.

We aim to reply within 2 business days and to send refunds through Polar within a few days after that. The card statement can lag.

Chargebacks

Email us first. We would rather honor the Notice Guarantee than fight a chargeback. Abuse of chargebacks after we already refunded, or after we clearly sent the reminder, may mean we close the account.
